COACHING DESIGNED BY A NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST

Talk With a Specialist in Dementia Caregiver — Your First Coaching Session Is Free if Accepted

Practical guidance based on neuropsychological expertise for caregivers navigating dementia at home

Application required — not every situation is a fit.

Feeling alone in caregiving

Difficult care decisions

Emotional exhaustion

Resistance to care routines

Constant repeated questions

If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place

• You feel like you are slowly losing the person you love

• You are exhausted in ways that other people do not fully understand

• You feel guilt about your reactions and your limits

• Your life has quietly become smaller

• You are facing difficult decisions about care and the future

Dementia changes relationships significantly
The person you love is still here — but the way you connect, communicate, and live together may feel completely different. Many caregivers find themselves grieving, adapting, and making difficult decisions they never expected to face.
And the hardest part? Most families receive a diagnosis, but almost no guidance on how to manage dementia in daily life.

You do not have to navigate it alone — and you do not have to figure everything out by yourself.

What this support is (and what it is not)

What this is

• Non-medical coaching and education

• Practical guidance for real caregiving situations

• Communication and routine strategies that reduce daily friction

• Support for sustaining yourself as a caregiver

What this is not

• Therapy or mental health treatment

• Diagnosis or clinical assessment

• Medical treatment or medical advice

• Crisis services

This coaching approach was developed by a neuropsychologist with extensive experience supporting families navigating cognitive disorders.

How it works

1. Apply for a free first session (about 2–4 minutes).

Complete a short application so we can understand your situation and determine whether this support is the right fit.

2. Application review

We review each application carefully. Not every situation is appropriate for this kind of coaching support.

3. Your first session

If accepted, your first session is a full coaching session focused on the real caregiving situations you're facing.

4. Ongoing support, if needed

For caregivers who want continued help, ongoing coaching is available.

This is not a sales call. The goal of the first session is to help you.

What caregivers often gain from coaching

• More patience during repeated questions and difficult moments

• Clearer ways to respond to confusion, resistance, or frustration

• Less conflict during everyday routines

• Practical ways to handle behaviors that disrupt daily life

• Greater confidence as the disease progresses

• Relief from feeling like you have to figure everything out alone

Who this is for

• Caregivers actively supporting a spouse, partner, or parent with dementia

• People looking for practical guidance for real caregiving situations

• Caregivers feeling overwhelmed by the daily decisions dementia requires

• People who value thoughtful, private support

Who this is not for

• Those seeking therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment

• Situations requiring emergency or crisis services

• People looking only for general dementia information

• People looking only for free ongoing support
